Everything you need to plan your journey, for both arriving and staying there.
You are welcome to book however it works best for you. Please note that if you do not book your room through the membership, you will not have access to the member's areas at the resort and the other VIP perks.
You are welcome to stay wherever you prefer. However, we highly recommend staying at Grand Sirenis, as it will make it much easier to participate in the wedding celebrations and spend time with family and friends throughout the week. If you are staying somewhere else or are local to the area, you will need a wedding pass to come to the resort. Please let us know if you require this.
Of course! Grand Sirenis is a family-friendly resort, and we are delighted to welcome children to our wedding celebration. Please let us know who will be attending when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
If you book through the membership, your hotel stay can be modified or cancelled for a full refund up to 60 days prior to your stay.
We understand that traveling for a destination wedding is a big commitment so you are welcome to travel with whomever you choose, however wedding events will be reserved for those specifically included on the invitation so that we can properly plan for our celebration.
Since the resort is all-inclusive, cash is only needed for tips. We recommend bringing pesos (MXN) as resort staff generally prefer receiving tips in pesos rather than U.S. dollars. You'll usually get a better rate by exchanging money at home before your trip. Any excursions, souvenirs, and other expenses can be paid for by credit card.
You can, but it is not needed. Round-trip transportation to and from the airport can be arranged, and there is no need to leave the resort unless you would like to explore the area or participate in additional excursions. If you do plan to venture off the resort, taxis, private transportation, and excursion transfers can easily be arranged through the hotel concierge.
We will not be having a registry or accepting any gifts. We know that traveling to Mexico requires a significant investment of both time and money, so your presence itself is more than enough. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who chooses to celebrate with us!
No need for black-tie attire, our goal is for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. We simply ask that swim, beach and athleticwear are reserved for the beach and pool. But flip flops and sandals are completely okay. It will be a sand ceremony, so I'd maybe leave the stilettos at home!
